pretty quiet weekend, friday night tried new eatery with Mrs Pnk

watched some college hockey. UMD streak of frozen 4 ends, but gophers get back for first time since 2014
 
Doctors appointment this morning, just a routine physical where they tell me drinking more than one night a week means I have a drinking problem.

Did field work down at the little league fields Saturday. The two main fields are basically game ready. Still have some work to do on the tee ball field, but we have a couple more weeks before they start their games. We should be ready for our league's opening day in two weeks.

It's not Field of Dreams stuff, but we cleaned it up pretty good. They still need to hang signs up on the main field, I think they're waiting to get them from the print company.

I actually wound up working more than I expected to, as we were stopping work on the tee ball field when we got a call about the travel team playing someplace close that had just gotten rained out and wanted to see if we had gotten rain. Since the rain missed us, they used our field for 2 more games, got the league $200 in rental fees.
 
Set up any batting cages @Guy Incognito my BIL did that yesterday and that's a pain the in ass

Didn't get as much college hockey in this weekend as I had hoped. Really wanted to listen to Holden & Starman call games together again. Instead went to nephew's (by marriage) birthday party. Did get to watch parts of both UNC games.
 
The thing in DC on Friday night kind of sucked...too much money, not enough food, and the game took all of 15 mins. Did go out and get some pretty damn good ramen after though, so that's a plus.
