Signature mystery. Help?

South Texas Mexicans may not bowl but there were a ton of them up river in El Paso that did!
I mean, we bowled to get out of the Valley sun and humidity in the summer. But I don’t know if any HOF level mexibowlers.
Bitch, you don’t even put rice in your salt shakers. Sit down!!!

Hooplaborg, whose signature is this? It was signed by a Hispanic-looking man who is supposedly ~65yo at the Broken Spoke in Austin.
The man was accompanied by his nephew who insisted that the man was of such renown that he should be recognized if given enough focus.
We’ve eliminated Bruce Matthews #74, Bob Lilly #74, and Rafael Palmeiro (who lives in Texas now).
I’ve checked the baseball, football, golf, soccer, rock n roll balls of fame.
I think I checked the tejano hall, but I’ll have to check again.
Any ideas?

I gotta agree with no rice in the NaCl. Be wasting it when the humidity is 8%!
