How can it be that every spammer that calls me, now has an Indian accent? If they hadn't cancelled the spelling bee, this would never have happened.

Team receives email from the feds about a training. Some people forward the email to compliance because it's from a generic webex email.

Supervisor: ATTENTION, YOU DO NOT NEED TO EMAIL COMPLIANCE ABOUT THIS EMAIL. IT IS NOT A PHISHING ATTEMPT. GO AHEAD AND ACCEPT THE INVITE.

* three hours later*

Same Supervisor: ATTENTION, COMPLIANCE HAS DEEMED THAT THE INVITE IS A PHISHING ATTEMPT. PLEASE DELETE THE EMAIL.



...it's definitely a legit email... This shit is wild.
