Possession is 9/10ths of the law. I claim squatters rights.

I do and obviously you do. But I have heard that civil society argument so much that it makes me question if we need to be any more civil.
haha. not civil as in we all get along. But in terms of if we all want to be in a situation where we can thrive and not have to constantly worry about someone murdering us for no reason, then we all have to make sacrifices. It's up to you to decide which are acceptable sacrifices. If you have an innate need to smoke a cigarette in a child daycare center, then that's going to be a problem. If you can deal with not doing that, but instead taking it to a designated room or area then everyone can get along.

No that is you invading my space i have already laid claim to it
Anyone else reading the personal space talk and thinking about the COVID store guy with the pool noodle "curb feelers" on his head?

No? Just me? damn

Unless,of course, if the majority changes its mind.
very true. If most people take up smoking and want to roll the rules back, more power to them.

Don't open a child care center in my smoking area.

Well, if you both keep occupying that space common-law marriage rules kick in at some point.

Sorry, but that is my business model. Flash Mob Daycare. Never know where we will set up.

Nope, just you if you want to take the "Mano y Mano" approach or the refusal to accept laws approach you have been advocating.
