had a guy come by yesterday that might have taken me for a ride. one of those, working in your neighborhood drop-ins. see I have a dead tree in the yard. gave me an estimate. cut that one down. see another on the side of your house.

talked to my neighbor knowing he recently had a huge tree cut down. said he'd have his guy come down to see what they would have charged, but does seem like i got effed in the a, and not in a good way.

Absolutely. High risk job with very few willing workers and lots of turnover. You’re gonna pay to have those suckers cut down, especially when you’re only option is having it fall in your (or your neighbors) home.
