Crypto

All sector of stocks are down. TBH I’m watching. I’m watching crypto and the broader markets. I’m always looking for buying opportunities. I’ve bought some real estate over the years that I’ve enjoyed the use of but I’m getting ready to sell them. I’ll put the money into cash but eventually I’ll look to put it somewhere. Whatever survives this downturn and comes out the other side is worth looking into

I also like utilities stocks. By law utilities have to make a profit and they shit dividends regularly.

How much $ was your dinner at that Michelin star restaurant and what did you have? (Just curious if you don't mind.)
It was 7 different courses. We went on our own about two months ago and it was by far the most I've ever spent at a restaurant and the quality of the entire experience was so far above anything I've ever experienced, I paid and didn't even care. Got invited to go again, was hesitant to pay that much again but the other couple at the end ended up taking the check.

It had four other tables I could see (outside) and the experience starts the second you walk in with mindblowing cocktails. Different cocktail or wine pairings with each course. Small portions but the way they do it, you're completely satisfied at the end.

Wealthy people can do things routinely that most of us only experienced a few times.

Edit: and yes, we got to meet the chef. He had been at a sister resort in Bulgaria for years and was very happy to now be here in a very different climate.

Silver is intriguing. Should have bought 100 ozs a few years ago.
I told the story before but my brother, me and a friend were going to buy a big box of 500 AES coins for $18.15 each, had a delay when the friend said "hold off for two days because I think my coin dealer can get them cheaper than the bullion exchange" and the next morning we woke up and they were $37/each and everywhere was claiming to be out of stock as the silver mines stopped production. :L

I've collected quite a few of the Silver Eagle silver dollars over the years. When my Mom passed in 2016, she left me and my 3 younger brothers 100 Silver Eagles silver dollar coins for each of us. Was a big surprise. Never knew her to be involved with silver. I STILL have them all and have added quite a few more since then to my silver "stash"...

Diversify when you can...

I felt the same way last Sunday. The chef personally served me.

I’ve been running a Bitcoin node for six weeks now. Couldn’t believe how easy it was, though the first sync took a few days. Anyone else?
