Yeah, the construction next door to me has definitely put a damper on the time I spend WFH.

We're getting it on three sides now: two houses over they're still spraying that styrofoam insulation and it's getting everywhere but where it's supposed to go. Across the street has been fallow for months but now they seem intent on putting up the skeleton. And in our backyard, on the next street over, another house was sold and is coming down to make way for more apartment buildings.

I can't wait to sell this place.

I got summa those, too. There's a couple that are out inn their back yards while the owners are at work. Once they get started they don't stop.

Yeah well... The pics were from my morning walk which started around 8 am and I got home about an hour or so later. The pubs/restaurants/patios here don't open until 11:30am. Which for me , is probably a GOOD idea!

i did for years and dropped them as they never approved anything. just wondering if it helps for a new A/C unit.

Warranty as in new build warranty? Don’t those things only last a few years? This is an ancient 10.5 year old house.

I mean this is only our second summer in the house so no.

Apparently the first owners never had it serviced in 8 years.

Oh and apparently when it was installed they either didn’t put some weird button steel piece on it or some shit or the previous owners removed it…
