Hell, I wouldn't even take the 13.5 points the bookie was giving. I took the over :facepalm: figuring Oregon might score that by themselves. At least the defense looked familiar.

I agree, the D looked more than respectable this game. I was worried when on the first 3rd down Oregon had they rushed 3 and I thought, damn is Tressell taking a page from the Longo book of retard, but from that point forward he actually put them in good position for the most part.

Nope, Packers for life. In fact I'm more of a Packers' fan than Badgers' fan. That stated, I was very skeptical when Mac brought in Fickell, and then Fickell went and hired Tressell and Longo. I'm not blind, and I can see that Longo doesn't understand what being a good coach is. A good coach puts his kids in good positions, a crap coach thinks his system is all that matters. You tell me what kind of coach he is.

One other thing, I was trying for the reverse jinx from the get go.

I like defensive battles, win or lose. Them pretty boy QBs and WRs aren't worth watching.

I don't mind the pretty boys when they show up for all the work, not just the pointing after a 1st down. You know, blocking and doing things that don't necessarily put the camera on them.

Well, that didn't work.

I have been a Packers fan since '61 and a Badger fan since '69.
 
Oregon got Maryland coming off a bye. Oregon got Wisconsin coming off a bye. Will have the pups also coming off a bye but at least this time Oregon will also have a BYE
