Ya the whole “anti maskers” thing is a political boogeyman. Doesn’t really exist.

You’re either masked up or you’re not there. Let’s not act like there are people just blatantly breaking mandates. Business put a cap on that pretty quick.

I have contested that masks are stupid from the start and was told by...a certain side...that they are important and stuff.

Now it seems that side is mad about masking?

There are plenty of people blatantly breaking mask mandates constantly. There just typically isn't stringent enforcement.

I wouldn't have been able to count on my fingers and toes the number of unmasked people walking around the airport, even though they were "required".

I believe it. Airports are shit holes in general. I’d say in most public places people are following whatever rules are in place.

I'm still trying to figure out when I'm going to get back into NYC to get my shit off my work desk. My boss and another coworker of mine are in the same boat, we haven't been back to the city since last March when they locked down. We all have desks to clean out.

They talked about trying to go into the office on a Friday. I'm going to see if I can get an idea on ridership numbers on the trains once summer ends, because the Friday trains on my line used to be a shitshow full of New Yorkers trying to get to their weekend homes in Belmar and Asbury Park. No thank you.
