Again you say this like it’s a slight. Not saying Denny’s is anywhere near the level of Applebee’s but if I need a breakfast out I am definitely looking for the nearest Denny’s.
Denny’s puts Shari’s and iHOP to shame. When we went to Vegas we ate at Denny’s every morning as the food held us until dinner and it was very inexpensive.
The only breakfast place I’ll choose over Denny’s is a Pig N Pancake.

Denny's was the bomb after closing the bar back in the day. The bathrooms were scummy but the food was decent.

Dennys is fine for breakfast, but we were talking about Applebee's. No one is going to Dennys for anything but breakfast and my days of a grand slam or moons over my hammy at 3am after the bar closed are far behind me.
We have at least 3 local joints that are way better for breakfast during normal breakfast hours.
There are both a Dennys and Applebee's near us. Don't think I've gone to Applebee's in at least 5 years and more than a year for the other.
Just way better food options around.
