GAME #15 OREGON DUCKS vs unc tar heels (football team) Holiday Bowl 12/28 8PM EST on FOX

The #15 Oregon Ducks and 2023 Heisman favorite Bo Nix will take on the North Carolina Tar Heels in the Holiday Bowl on December 28 on FOX. Now, I don't know, North Carolina may be sending their PG or SG to play QB for the Tar Heels, maybe they got a solid Power Forward to play WR or TE for them. Curious to see if Roy Williams is sitting in the stadium 14 rows up, (Retire and step away dude). I contemplated posting this in the College basketball board just to try and spark conversation with North Carolina fans because they probably have no idea this game is even taking place.

It's the Holiday Bowl, one of the all-time great bowls that is not a NY6 bowl. Many memories watching some Holiday Bowl classics, Ducks in several, remember uw vs Texas with Major Applewhite. Just a good bowl game. This one features a football program vs a basketball school. No idea if more than 100 tar heel fans make the trip across the country to see a non-basketball event.

Nix has fun. Lanning has fun. Oregon just has a good Holiday Bowl and caps off a great Holiday season that included an amazing recruiting class.

OREGON - 59

unc - 21

so close on that 59-21 prediction...

Mack Brown graduated from the Les Miles University of Clock Management. :laugh3:

Nix is coming back and he’s got unfinished business

You should be proud of him coming back so fast from that broken off ankle and completely torn vaginal wall....plus I'm sure he has plenty more short armed passes to throw
