No he didn't...it wasn't there and he retreated another 10 yards to guarantee a shit play
 
I still like PennSt with them points. I said in my podcast Penn St would go for it on 4th down. So far Penn St defense is standing strong!

I thought they got rid of the halo rule so I don’t get the penalty. If I’m coaching I tell the PSU player not to do anything different.

Exactly...he didn't interfere with his ability to catch it, or touch him before he caught it... I guess the refs need a game to shake off the rust too?
