My daughter just added to the madness. Saw a new listing for a house last Sunday, did a drive by. Tour Monday afternoon. Pre-approved by Wednesday, placed offer. Offer accepted on Thursday. Don't hesitate.

Yeah. Tell her I’m beyond fucking jealous. We’ve had at least a half dozen declines because they went with someone else. One I was applying for literally the moment the guy got it on the site, and we were told someone applied before us.

Your daughter is buying? We are in rental market with a need for a large enough place where there isn’t many of such homes.

I’m loving going to Zillow and seeing a posting up one day with 44 applications on it. Insane.

I got lucky, I was the first person to see my house the day it went on the market, five people made an offer that day and I won!
