Crazy 1-3 rotation for Stoke, but I'm going to go Nos for overall lineup.

Nos

This was probably my least favorite team. Other than my rotation being very solid, there's really very little to like about this team.

Some of us struggled with the money in this one, me included but leaving $33 on the table when we have $126 to spend is hard to overcome.

My issues didn't have anything to do with the money restrictions. My bucket 6 left $5, yet with Koufax, Palmer and Franco I probably couldn't have done much better. My issues came from not doing much to prepare. I didn't have a pick where I started researching the pick before I was on the clock until the draft was half done.

I didn't know it at the time, but my draft fell apart in round 6 with Roger Maris. It was an ill-fated pick that wasn't made with any research in what was available or what other teams were filling out to be. Taking a Yogi Berra there would've change my entire draft. Instead I left C, RP and LF until the end - and the teams I had left didn't really have those positions in great supply.

Just to keep the conversation going I would argue the bad picks started in the 3rd round with Mize and your 4th & 5th round picks were worse than Maris.

Okay, that didn't work. lolzzz

What am I gonna say? I disagree? Mize probably was a horrible pick. If I had even the slightest idea how anyone else saw players I wouldn't have one of the lowest winning percentages of anyone in these drafts. I've only won 1 matchup in the last 6 drafts and its been 7 years since I have won one of these things outright. At this point, I'm pretty much just a warm body so there can be a greater number of teams - who may every once in a while post something in the chat that is mildly amusing.

It's all good. I don't do these things for to win. If all I cared about was where I finished, I would've dropped these drafts a long time ago. In the end, I draft because I like the guys I draft with and it gives me an excuse to talk sports.
