The Top 15 ranked Oregon Ducks head to Lubbock, Texas to take on the Red Raiders on Saturday September 9th at 7pm eastern time on FOX. This is an opportunity of ALL opportunities for Oregon. This is a highly anticipated matchup for the landscape of college football and it's Oregon's first road game of the season, but maybe more importantly is this is an opportunity for Oregon to show the B1G and FOX that they are going to bring EYES to their product! Oregon is going to be in primetime on FOX. Time. To. Shine.

Many were a bit worried about this game against Texas Tech over the Summer, but as we all saw in week 1, with Oregon beating Portland State 81-7 and Texas Tech losing to Wyoming, clearly this is not the worrisome game we all thought it could be back in July. Oregon is showing they are a top 10 team in September and aiming to be a top 5 team in October, obviously expecting to be top 4 come December. Texas Tech is just not on Oregon's level.

Bo Nix and the Ducks are going to march into Lubbock and take this game over quickly. Oregon will be too powerful for Texas Tech, they'll be too fast for Texas Tech and by halftime the Red Raiders will be wishing they were back in Laramie.

OREGON - 56
Texas Tech - 14

Those eyeballs you are hoping for will be watching Bama/Texas

Yeah, I don't have much stock for the Ducks in that first win. Now, is this the same Oregon team that lost to Oregon State when the Beavers had no passing attack? Do the Ducks have a defense? Now, back to this Saturday's game. I am surprised by the spread on this game. Last I checked, Oregon is -6.5. That seems like a lock. Ducks better cover.

Me. Went there for a weekend with a girl from there about 20 years ago. Flew into Midland on Southwest and drove up. Never left the hotel.

oh. I forgot to wish you a happy 22nd wedding anniversary to @moxie or is this a bad time to bring that up?

ucf boise

wisky wash st..

oregon might be the 5th most watched game in that time slot.

Not sure i'd call beating a bad La Tech team 38-14 overly impressive. OU should win reasonably easily.
