I’d say my furthest sojourn into Nevada was Fallon. My niece got married there. It was depressing.I stayed there when I went to Great Basin NP.
Ho-lee fuck, what a boring drive.

Drive. I was living in Pasadena at the time. Drove to Napa to pick up my mom and then drove from Napa to Fallon the next day for the wedding. Drove back to Napa the same day.Drive, or fly into Reno?

hWY 50 from Reno NV to Interstate 15 in Utah is the most desolate stretch of hwy i've been on...and I've driven a lot of roads from the Rockies to the Pacific...I stayed there when I went to Great Basin NP.

Idk, I’m from Houston. I enjoyed being out there, a change of pace and then felt like a college town. Unlike a commuter school in a big city. Downtown area of chaos and homelessness. My son graduated from TT.
It's just so hard to get to in the middle of nowhere
Meh. 95 all the way from Vegas to Reno is longer, and at least as desolate. No need to respond. Thank you.hWY 50 from Reno NV to Interstate 15 in Utah is the most desolate stretch of hwy i've been on...and I've driven a lot of roads from the Rockies to the Pacific...
Not sure the route you took but I travel from 90 miles southeast of Lubbock to DFW on a regular basis since all 7 grands live in the Keller area. I-30 to I-20 to US 84 has stations at least every 45 miles. My daughter had a gymnastics competition there this year (why it was held in Lubbock when 99% of the competitors were from Dallas, Austin, Houston or San Antonio is another question). I found a gas station with 9 miles left in my tank and a giant skid mark in my shorts. They need to warn people - last gas station for the next 200+ miles.
Who’s playing? This is what happens when you make a game thread too early. It devolves into "where's the worst place you've been"
And they’re all wrong. The answer is Aberdeen. This is what happens when you make a game thread too early. It devolves into "where's the worst place you've been"
