2022-2023 NCAA College Basketball

So many upsets in college basketball today. A lot of Power 5 schools got that ass beat today.

NIL money don’t mean shit when you get between them lines!

You'll be happy to know, Ohio State is NOT ranked

NET rankings came out today. Gophers at a nice 227.

Top 10 of the NET. SHSU actually makes sense based on resume. True road wins at OU(46) and Utah(19).

Louisville is 361(!) out of 363. Lmao. Almost literally the worst team in CBB. And one of the teams below them is going to be a D3 team next year. Lmao

It's borderline unfathomable that a program of that caliber could be that bad.

I mean Cal being 0-9 is a completely different story.

Big 10, SEC and Big 12 are going to dominate the bracket.

Big East, ACC, and PAC-12 are almost already out of contention for a #1 seed unless their teams can almost run the table. The middle and bottom of those conferences was bad.

MWC did quite well. If the right teams win, they could get 5 teams in.

Yeah, I think the Big 12 could possibly be looking at 8 teams. Oklahoma State is probably the longest shot, but all their teams have gaudy records. The Big 12 only has 4 non Q1 losses. They're only 7-11 against Q1, but bad losses, really kill the resume. The B1G also only has 4 non Q1 losses. The Big East doesn't have a ton of bad losses either(minus Gtown).

The ACC is so unbalanced it could actually work in their favor. Teams like FSU, UL, GT, Pitt, BC and Cuse are so bad, it could actually help the mid-level teams put up great records. You just cant really afford to lose to one them even on the road, which is why NC State and ND are already behind because they've already lost to Pitt and Cuse respectively at home. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out because the ACC only has 6 teams currently in the top 75. If it stays like that entering league play, it'll be tough for the league to get more than 4/5 teams in the tournament.

And yeah, the MWC is looking great so far. It could be a 4/5 bid league. They currently rate better as a league than the ACC from the NET perspective.

Great night of bball. Texas and Illinois in OT as is Boston College and New Hampshire.

Illinois beat Texas with 17 turnovers. :L they’ve got to clean this crap up.

Texas gonna be tough in March

I get the feeling this year is going to be determined by who get hot or not at a certain time. It sure looks like parity is rampant. Example; Creighton may drop out of the top 25 but I'd hate to play them.

Louisville is 0-4 in Quad 4 games hahaha

Top 10 going to look very different tomorrow.
1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 all lost this week.

Horrendous loss by Houston. Truly open season this year

Houston and Alabama in big trouble early in their respective games.

I sure have seen a lot of close hard fought games in arenas with big crowds that are going crazy. Players and coaches giving great efforts.

And to think some say the regular season doesn't matter. I don't know what they're watching... but I see a lot of "matter".
