I disagree with everything you say here.

Then what is Adebayos skill-set and qualifications? I mean as I said, it is already hinted at in the show itself that she doesn't and no one understands why she is really there. Obviously we know there is a hidden purpose for her, but that is not without still not showing a purposeful skill set to the team.
