No.
He wrote something like “end of the regular season update before bowl season.”
But whatever he decides, it’s better to use regular season without bowls because of the opt outs discussed earlier.
Also, I assume SEC teams “don’t wanna be there.”

In post #1 OP never uses the term 'regular' season.

"At the end of the season, you gain one point for every spot your overrated team drops. You lose one point for every spot they go up.
At the end of the season, you gain one point for ever spot your underrated team goes up. You lose one point for every spot your underrated team drops."

CCG's and Bowl season are part of the entire CFB season. The AP doesn't count CCG and Bowl wins/losses separately.

If OP had meant 'regular' season, he'd have said 'regular' season.
