The politics around the Heisman is at stupid levels. Even with that being the end of the conference it still felt like a forced award for pub and I cringed a bit when it happened.
There were a few heros in that game. McMillin making a huge impact in the first real full game he's played and been a factor in since early in the season. Odunze made huge plays.
But DJ was largely the difference. Gutted out a game taking a lot of punishment and sealed the game with a hard run EVERYONE knew was coming to make that final first down and close out the championship.
