Well then he has decided to play the game. I mean he's been quoted a billion times that he doesn't like the idea of paying the players. So that's good for you and Dabo.

Yes and No

[33:00 - 42:00] He's never been against NIL and believes it's common sense for players to make money off their likeness. Right now Clemson is building a program to help players with NIL as far as Tax education, financial literacy, legal advice, maximizing their own brand and plugin into the Clemson brand. He is against the professionalization of the sport and would rather players focus on education as 98% of the players in CFB won't make it as a pro.



As far as NIL, I believe Clemson is in a good spot (maybe not elite).
For the transfer portal, I wish Dabo could grab an interior Olineman as we are thin at the spot. Time will tell how that goes

Wake's 4* committed a few days ago

i was super pumped about it at first b/c i initially thought it was a basketball recruit

then i actually clicked the link on 247sports...

here we go.. I posted Stroh earlier.. and Cojoe also announced but I gotta be real with y'all those guys are projects.. huge physically maulers but they need some development.. but this guy here.. he's a real deal player #HookEm.. not bad for a class after getting such a huge haul last cycle

luckily they grabbed all the 5 star OL last cycle..

But this really isn't bad at all, especially coming off the '22 class
Jaydon Chatman 6'4" 300
Trevor Goosby 6'6" 290
Andre Cojoe 6'6" 330
Connor Stroh 6'6" 345

Obviously Chatman is the prize here but I'm really high on Goosby who actually has really good feet. I'm certain they will all receive a BOMC boost through the recruiting sites by ESD. But man Flood really flipped the switch.. Tom recruited tall lean OL prospects for the most part, Flood is just a pure size queen
