2024 / 2025 Champions League

Until I start spending for DAZN I am unable to watch the Bundesliga. TSN this year is covering LaLiga so I get to see Real Madrid and Barcelona very frequently. I suspect Lewandowski was quite happy beating Bayern.

Probably my favorite thing about ESPN+ is that it has the Bundesliga and La Liga. Eredivisie also, if you're into it.

No ESPN+ up here. DAZN gives a lot and also rugby.

But I’ll wait until March or April to sign up for it. When the champions league gets down to the nitty-gritty.
 
TSN has given me Barca-Real today. Decent offering.

After that game don’t feel so bad about Bayern loss to Barcelona. Yikes. Bayern only lost 4-1 lol.

Lewandowski could have had 5 and settled for 2. Yamal had a sweet one too.

Mbappe and Jr shit the bed. Mbappe was offside critically at least 5 times.

Man City and Real Madrid taken to woodshed today. You have to love it. Leverkusen 7 points Bayern in Bundesliga shredded by Liverpool too. Only Liverpool and Barcelona look like the real deal this year. Mbappe has done zip at Real Madrid. The real star at Real Madrid was Toni Kroos after all.

He WAS the playmaker, everything flowed through him. Real Madrid can run roughshod over lesser La Liga and UCL teams on talent alone, but against quality teams like Barca, Milan, and even Lille, without Kroos they look completely lost.

Close game. Needed this one more than anything. Next PSG at home, and the last 3 body bag teams. I think they are safe to next round but probably not Top 8 unless they beat PSG. Speaking of PSG, they lost today lol. The Mbappe effect. PSG worse without Mbappe, Real Madrid worse with him lol.
 
PSG using backup goalie and it cost them on the Kim goal. Could be worse. Sane and Coman doing their usual every shot into the crowd game. Defense shaky too at times and a fair amount of unforced errors. This game should be 3-1 but only 1-0.
