Lots of chatter over the weekend about the new roster limits, and when they actually lock in. Are they limited to 34 from the get go, or the "final" roster post fall season? Do these first kids that get trimmed down have to portal or are they just released, and when? Rumor is that the final 34 has to be set before the fall season, if not the post-fall portal is going to be insane.
