2024 Natty discussion: tOSU vs ND

I, for one, am really looking forward to the “keep Ryan day for eternity ” game. But congrats on the chance for your cute wittle “national title” where you’re the national champion of everyone but your biggest rival lol.
Don't worry. Day will get hjs win vs you guys. Remember how many times it took Harbaugh?

Unlike his predecessor who was interviewing with the Eagles when he should have been focusing on Alabama.

You don't sound bitter, like at all..

He did already beat us, way back in 2019 with Urban’s team.

But Michigan is starting to open the wallet. Not great news if you’re an OSU fan.

Well it was only the biggest game for the program since the early 1990’s and dick with ears was off polishing his resume and he wasn’t even the right Kelly they wanted.

Hey now.

If I start posting 8 paragraph new threads talking about the future of Michigan football with musical montages included, you can call me that shit.

Dude, you have spent an entire 16 page thread trying to make Michigan seem relevant in a thread that has nothing to do with Michigan.

If tOSU wins the NC...you'll be trying to claim the AP should vote Michigan #1.

If tOSU wins the NC...you'll be trying to claim they have to share it with Michigan.
Just trying to take OSU down a notch. They did the same thing to us last year. I wouldn't expect anything different.

Also....you're onto something?

I've heard for almost 30 years about our split national title in 1997.....what if?.....

Think Stephen Colbert GIF by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert

But should it have even come to that? Technically ASU should have been up 3 points and it not go to over time. But even if the refs got it right, we don't know how the rest of the game would've went. It just so happens to have gone down as it did.

The missed targeting call was the most egregious IMO. I hate targeting as a penalty anyhow, but that one was pretty textbook as the rules currently state.

I think we can all agree the better team ended up winning in the end there. ASU had their chances and blew em.

I was gonna pull for ND, but I forgot this preseason bet

Knew I’d bet on UGA and Bama, completely forgot I also bet on OSU

Nothing personal ND fans, purely business

Probably also gonna hedge ND +8.5 to guarantee I win something, and would win twice if OSU wins by a TD

Good man. I know plenty of people from the great state of Georgia that are closet Buckeyes.

You don't have to confirm or deny that. Just know that I know, brother!

I’d say there’s more Buckeye fans than GT fans in the Atlanta area. Fuckers are every where

I put 200 on ND +8.5 too

If OSU wins by 8 or less, I win 575
If OSU wins a blowout, I win 155
If ND wins outright, I win 100

Texas was the best zone heavy pass defense in the country. Did a great job dropping LBs and Linemen back into coverage and keeping everything in front of the safeties basically all game.

ND is the best man coverage pass defense in the country. Do a lot of Cover 1, so we should see a lot more man-to-man matchups with Smith and Egbuka. Potential for more big plays, but their secondary is elite.

Whichever team wins in the trenches will win, as always.
