March Madnes 2024 NCAA Tournament: First Round

B1G best conference this year, obviously.

B1G! B1G! B1G!

:nutswinger:
Maybe fans of the Conference formerly known as the PAC, will get there some day, but I don't see myself honking B1G! like that will happen anytime soon!

Marquette down by 7 at the half. WTF Big East.

Marquette has actually been down at the half in many of their games this year.

They should be OK.

Which is not to say they can't lose, but they're used to being down at the half

You miss the point.

The MWC performed better OOC.

Beating South Carolina and Drake is nice, but Providence and Seton Hall could have done that too.

The bubble is realistically even bigger, and probably 20 teams are capable of winning a couple of games. But you need to choose somehow.

I'm not hating on the Big East. The fact that the MWC got twice as many teams into the tournament as the Big East is pure insanity. There's a legit change every MWC team is eliminated in the first round. UAB/SDSU is close right now. Utah State plays later.

SDSU survives. Carrying the MWC again

I get your point, but teams like Villanova and UCLA need to get their shit together and not shit the bed OOC.

Well, I am a PROUD MWC hater. @ericd7633 has radicalized me

AAC went 0-2. Definitely should have been a multi bid league

Yeah. Shakas coaching is mostly on point.

He’s great at adjusting.

I want to slam my head through the tv whenever that “what a pro wants” commercial comes on.

I'm not sure I've watched a game this year where they actually hit the open 3s the opponents give them. @ Nova maybe

Either way Kolek looked good. Moved the ball, they should have had him punish that shorter guy

If you take out CSU and Boise though, who realistically deserves to get in over them?
