here's my garbage prediction:

overrated: Oklahoma
underrated: Rutgers

mostly comes down to schedules. I think OU will be a good team, but they've got a brutal slate. LSU, Mizzou, Ole Miss are away games. Auburn's last few years aren't great, but that's still a tricky road game. Texas is neutral site. Alabama and Tennessee at home. Rutgers has a very favorable schedule, dodging all of Michigan/OSU/Oregon/Penn State. I don't think it would be ridiculous for them to win ~9 games and sneak into the top 25.
