2024 Regionals

OU sends Duke packing. Need to beat UConn twice.
 
Uva 3 outs from winning regional and hosting a SR.
 
Quite the meltdown for Mississippi St
 
Well I'm out. All 3 knocked out today. Not surprised as all the teams I followed struggled except DBU & CofC. CofC was screwed out of a bid. Texas, Coastal, & DBU had low chances of making the Supers.
 
Two of the wins were ugly as hell, and I’m not expecting a deep run with the lack of pitching, but UGA has made it out of the regionals for the first time since 2008 when I was a junior in high school, and they did it with a comeback against the in state rival, so I’m happy as hell.
 
And Georgia Tech is a bunch of cowards. Gave Charlie Condon the Barry Bonds treatment his last 3 PA’s.

Zero respect for a game plan that involves turtling. Glad we got to send their nerd asses back to Atlanta
 
My Vols doing well so far, seem to be hitting their stride. Hope they can keep it up through the rest of the CWS.
 
We get OU baseball and softball today but storms are moving in not sure how much will get played.

I can’t find any videos that show the angle that was shown on the ESPN+ broadcast(my token black friend let me use his log in to watch the game), but the play in the bottom of the 9th to force extras was the best defensive play when weighted for the situation I’ve seen a college player make.

Yeah, the Tech batter swung at ball 4, and he would have walked off the game had he not swung, but he did, and how Marsh(UGA pitcher) was able to snag that throw and keep in contact with the base is beyond me
 
LSU scored 21 runs in two games yesterday to force a do or die game with North Carolina today at the Chapel Hill regional....

ECU is out early again. I don’t think they’ll ever make it to Omaha. If LSU wins tonight, the rest of NC will never hear the end of it from NC State
