2025 College Baseball thread

Can't believe they started the year #1. Ya'll look pretty good with Schloss. Amazing what a good coach can do. We are okay but not in Lsu's league or top half of the SEC for that matter.
Amazing what injuries can do. While we are without Grahovac the rest of the year, getting Sorrell back is what we needed. And pitching is getting it figured out. Big series again this weekend, just like most SEC weekends.

Sorry all the Longhorn fans didn't get to see their alma mater win last night, but almost pulled the upset. :dhd:

I saw all the responses. Which is why I try to refrain from saying stupid things like a season is over before its actually over.

But I see based on your last sentence that you haven't learned anything.

Pretty good.
lol.. if Texas was ranked top 10 (let alone #1) in the preseason... and we were not in the rankings past the halfway point in April... you would be mocking me lol

If the situations were reversed I'd give you shit about it, but I would also be smart enough to look at the last month of the season vs the first month of the season and see that saying your season is over would be pants on head retarded.

Let’s be honest here.

If Texas was undefeated, we would all still be mocking @Thiefery

Look forward to seeing you in Omaha again. UT fans spend some money here.
Not LSU money, but more than most.

welp our ace is out for the year :(

It was good while it lasted

Just remember how big of a bitch karma is. Your cuck coach has a LOT coming his way. :suds:

Their coach has never won anything, not sure why it is assumed he will even make it to Omaha.

he was in omaha last season.. and Texas has the most Omaha appearances.. odds are.. he and Texas will make it

OU beat Georgia last night. Game 2 under way right now.

beat aggy 2-1 in game one tonight #HookEm

Which means nothing to me.

tejas took aggies coach before he could reach Augie Garrido status. Augie was winning CWS titles at Cal St Fullerton when tejas nabbed him.
Schlossnagle's got HOF signs in turning programs around on a dime.

tejas barometer isn't A&M who's now wandering around aimlessly. tejas barometer will be Arkansas next week and going forward.

I see similarities between Van Horn and Schlossnagle. Van Horn's been to the CWS 9 times. He took Nebraska to the CWS twice. It's not easy getting to the CWS regularly. Van Horn will be a HOF'er.

Van Horn left Nebraska to go to his alma mater Arkansas, so the parting was respectful. "We understand the allegiance, thanks for the memories, good luck back home". The Omaha CWS crowd still roots for him to finally win the big one. He's earned it.
Schlossnagle had zero ties to the University of tejas when he said adios to A&M. Stealing your biggest rival's coach is the ultimate bitch slap.
I have little doubt tejas bought themselves a good one. He means business.
