Houston vs Florida State in NY6 bowl in 15
Tulane vs USC in NY6 bowl in in 23

BYU just did it on a fairly regular pace too.

Don't forget 2008 Utah beating #4 Alabama by two TDs in the Sugar Bowl

And App State beat Michigan. IIRC Louisiana Monroe beat Bama early in Saban's career there. But, I'm old and my forgeterer is better than my rememberer.
