Fun Fact:

Oklahoma/Ohio State have played 4 times.
Twice in Columbus, twice in Norman.

The Home Team has never won this game.

I hate that it's only been that many times. They could had some amazing games in the 2000s between Stoops and Tressel.

ou lost to a 3rd string QB at Mizzu..

suddenly they think can beat Michigan at home..

:)

Updated ACC Friday night schedule.

GT @ Colorado I'm guessing is a Fox game.

That GT/CU game will be interesting to watch. Things seem to be moving in the right direction for GT, so we'll have to see if Deion can rejuvenate Kaidon Salter.

Yeah that game is super intriguing to me. Auburn/Baylor is also scheduled for Friday night as well, so that's two pretty nice games for the Friday before week 1. Can't remember there being two games with that much intrigue on that Friday. I think TCU played Colorado the year they made the title on that Friday, but Colorado was a dumpster fire that year. Last year OU played Temple, but that game sucked.

That TCU/CU game was the year before Deion if I remember. Colorado played one of the most difficult schedules in CFB history that year if I recall. Their 3 OOC opponents alone won a combined 32 games lol

As far as the Friday before, I don't remember there even being two P4/P5 games on that Friday, let alone two that were interesting. It should be a really fun first weekend all around.

Yep, you're correct. The year before Deion. That game was a blowout.

And I was curious so I went and researched it, and since 2000, there's only been ONE Friday, where there has been two P4/P5 games on that Friday night. In 2021. Michigan State at Northwestern and UNC at Virginia Tech.

Michigan State has notoriously opened on Fridays for a while now. I'd expect their game to get moved to Friday night as well. BTN is gonna need a Friday game for their inventory. Heck I can envision another B1G game getting moved to Friday as well to fill a spot for FS1. FAU vs. MD looks like a good one.
