Ahh gotcha. I was thinking it was a weekly selection and FOX for the most part picked first.

From what I've read Fox gets the first 3 selections then NBC and CBS pick and then they rotate through the rest of the weeks. I believe they do select weeks instead of games, but the first two were obvious and then they picked the week of PSU/OSU. Plus that week has very little to offer (USC/Nebraska is decent), so that also probably went into their thinking. The Oregon/PSU week also has OSU vs. UW and USC vs. Illinois so CBS and Fox will get pretty good games, which may have made it a little easier to pass up for Fox. That week is a good spot for CBS IMO at 3:30 with Arkansas vs. ND at noon on ABC and Bama vs. UGA at 7:30 on ABC.
