I think they Big 12 might as well be resigned to the fact they will always be a one bid conference. I don't see them having 2-3 teams run off and leave the others in a year. They are all too even and will be every year IMO.

I was surprised only four ended up tied this year. I thought it could well be more.

Probably, but a lot of them didn't have much attendance to begin with.

Yeah, no doubt. But what happens when these "lesser" attended bowl games become even "lesser" attended? Some might not be worth having. Then, going 6-6 teams won't have a reward (not that the Lucky Charms Bowl is that big a reward).
