FSU is a much improved team this year. But as improved as FSU is this year, DJ has improved even more.
The biggest issue with this Clemson team right now is lacking a killer instinct. They’ve have the opportunity in several games this year to crush the opponent but just don’t do it.
To be fair, the reffing in this game was pretty pathetic. Has a Clemson opponent been called for holding yet this year?

Clemson's offense definitely seems to get better each week. They are really looking like a dangerous team right now.
Not sure on the video you are referring to, it looks like the ref is just confirming where the marker is. I think I am missing context. It definitely was a generous spot though.

The ref walks out to spot the ball and spots it a half yard short. Looks behind him to find the marker. And then shifts over to the first down marker to give them a first down.

I guess I could see it like that. I initially just saw him as stepping away from the marker before he made his spot call, but, like I said, it was a very generous spot
Was that a fourth down? It it wasn't fourth Florida State probably gets it on the next down anyway
