Not sure what the rule is and I am for any clip blocking to be a penalty. Klatt was talking about how the tackle was a player that started inside the box and it occurred inside the box. I was actually more upset with the holding call tbh.

Iowa's at home and can substitute liberally. Michigan's got a limited road roster.

Iowa's got them right where they want them. Bore them to sleep with a vanilla offense then hit the tight end over the middle.
