If you can’t score, it doesn’t matter what the pitchers do.

Offense was always gonna have to contribute to have a chance tonight, and that means getting hits with RISP, and Soler struck out on a pitch that nearly hit him

True. I know we were elite until this year under Seitzer but do we make a change after 1 bad year or give him another chance?
 
What’s up with this Padres pitcher? It looks like before every pitch thrown, he pauses to squat and queef? Weird motion.

2 of 3 innings have ended with a strikeout & a runner in scoring position.
 
They’re gonna have to start benching hitters that strike out on pitches way out of the zone with RISP. If there’s no consequences, they’re never gonna change. Too late for this season, but send the message it won’t fly next year

You don’t fire him. So many injuries, and we were statistically the most unlucky team in the majors with hard hit outs

If he’s fooling em that bad, Arcia needs to charge the mound and force him to throw a punch so he gets ejected. They’re striking on pitches that aren’t even competitive and never had the plate
 
Bummer has finally been useful. At a few innings and didn’t give up anything. Won’t say kept us in the game because 3 runs might as well be 20 with this offense, but still gotta get through 9

If we don’t score after 6 you let Chavez finish this out and save the pen
