OSU paid a lot to get Judkins. Never understood the move though, it’s not like Judkins is an obvious improvement. Money could have gone to a CB in the portal

Judkins didn't want to lead CFB in carries for the 3rd year in a row.

He hasn't looked as great as expected, which may say more about vaunted SEC defenses than it does about Judkins.

However - - -

Judkins has half the touches he had averaged the last 2 years. He also has become a more complete back, who has shown great ability to catch the ball out of the backfield.

Henderson has half the touches he averaged the last 2 years. He was injury-riddled for 2 years, but now looks like a complete back who can run, block and catch the ball out of the backfield.

The Buckeyes have 2 RB1's who are fresher than any other backfield in CFB for a potential playoff push. This was and remains the goal.
