GAME #5 Washington Huskies @ Stanford Cardinal, FS1, right now

Too wide open.

That guy is gonna have to get hazed

Learn to call a run play when you are ahead!!!!!

That was a terrific play call

Game over

You suck nerds

Hey we scored on a run play. Who knew?

Well, the last two were ugly, but 8-0. Rest of the schedule is a grind, get shit together.
They desperately need a couple of guys back. They are really missing McMillan and the injuries on the O line interior stand out with the pass pro issues.
McM was supposed to be ready to come back this week. Hopefully he didn't have a setback and they were just holding him an extra game.

Not sure there's a fix for their trash secondary right now. They've been getting abused with that lack of pass rush.

The WA sequence of plays at the end of the first half was puzzling. 3 passes with only 33 seconds elapsed. Gave Stanford a chance to get 3 extra points.

Throughout there was a porous secondary. No pass rush.

I had more problems with the sequences early 3rd. Run run pass, run run pass when you have a TF center, RS guard with little game time under his belt, and a floundering running game because of it seemed down right stupid.

Look, UW did this last year as well. They had at least 3 games they looked like shit in and lost two of them. They also came back and finished strong all the way through their bowl game.

It's going to come down to injuries, young backups stepping up, and finding momentum again.

Didn't expect them to run the table clean to start the year, and still didn't even after beating Oregon.

I really don't like their defensive philosophy. I get what they are trying to do, but it's going to cost them a game or two at some point.

This. They’re gonna have these shitty games, and I’m happy they’ve come out of them undefeated. A lot of football left, and running the table is a lot to hope for, but they’re in control. The chips will fall where they may, but they’ve made it to this final grind 8-0. It’s one game at a time territory now. Get some.

Injury updates. Quite a few guys have been out. No idea how many will be able to suit up next week. Could use a safety back, McMillan, and an O line.

Or get those backups right. Good staffs get kids out over their skis coached up.
