GAME #6 OREGON DUCKS vs #25 washington fuskies 7pm EST on FOX

But rest assured IF they were to win and pull off a major upset they would be in here thumping their chests and claiming how great they are.

A fusky fan mentality is, "Can't hurt those who already hurt."

The #6 OREGON DUCKS host the #25 washington fuskies today at AUTZEN STADIUM in EUGENE, OREGON at 7pm EST on FOX. This is a game full of college football playoff implications! For the Ducks anyways. Fusky fans will tell you this is some sort of rivalry and some sort of great matchup, well folks, let me let you in on a little secret, it's not. Oregon has dominated this "rivalry" for the last 20 years and this afternoon will be no different. The trick here for the Ducks is to not overlook the fuskies at Utah next week. Need to stay focused and take care of business today, which Oregon will have no problem doing.

This is going to be marked as a great win for Oregon because of the fuskies 25th ranking, it will be considered a top 25 win for Oregon's resume as they continue to push on toward the College Football Playoffs. Bo Nix will have another fun day on the football field continuing to impress Heisman voters. This game has Oregon dominating the pups in every category. Enjoy the pre-game hype because that is the only excitement this game will deliver.

OREGON - 52

uw - 17
West coast people should not post game times in EST. You're welcome.

This is all he has man. Let him have it. If he thinks he can somehow increase our misery level over his rhetoric just laugh it off and let him have his fun. Meanwhile, we will be tuning in to see Seattle playing a historic game in Munich in a matter of hours.
OMG he is turning to the Sounders playing a friendly as an outlet of good local sport teams to watch.

"Yeah going to a super spreader event and probably getting COVID to spread to others! Yay me!" Then turns to laugh at the guy watching a college football game at home being safe.
Sad sheltered little guy...

Classic. They already write the game off as, 'oh not like we were going to win it this year anyways.'

These are fusky fans folks
What is a fusky? It is fuck + husky

They'll talk a big game in the Spring and Summer and talk up their program, but once the season hits and the curtain reveals they are yet once again mediocre and surely will lose to the Ducks it's, "Oh we have other things to root for." and they completely downplay the entire season and game.
Care to prove that?

When asked what my expectation was this last off season it was to go from 4-8 to 8-4. I was still arguing with Olyduck when the Huskies were 4-0 that their secondary sucks and their LB's can't tackle so 8-4 was still pretty much the expectation.

I know you can't comprehend fans being reasonable with their views of their team.

Show us where anyone spoke shit about this team in the spring.

Are you that stupid? The Seahawks are playing Tom Brady and the Bucs in the first ever NFL game played in Germany.

There is life outside of college level football. Find some you dweeb lol.

Actually, it won't. If Oregon beats UW, UW will fall out of the rankings and therefore, will not count as a top 25 win.

The best thing for your Ducks would be to lose by less than a touchdown. That way, UW will move up into the top 20 and you will have a "good loss" to a top 20 team.

You're welcome.

He said we were talking smack about the Huskies this spring. Coming off a 4-8 season with a QB that about the worst I can remember in 40+ years of following the team lol. He's just fishing to try to provoke us.

Wasting your time man. He claims every win against a then-ranked team counts as a good win. That's been his thing for years. We all know a win over UW won't change their status at all. Even the rest of their fans know it. It's purely an OD thing.

Me all offseason: "fuck it, I don't even care anymore..."

Talking to the non retread fans up here, UW has been a surprise with Penix bringing some quality QB play. Might be the best OC I've seen since the 90's. Ability to adjust to blitzes and pressures, solid shifts and disguises, not many offensive penalties, etc. Good pass protection, but really lackluster run blocking and no dominating back to run it means it looks more like the air raid than anyone cares to see.

Their D has issues though. They lost a shit ton to the NFL and graduation last year. Went really young and had early injuries. Even if they had stayed healthy it wasn't going to be the D we were used to. They really need to shore up some spots in the portal for next year. I don't see the kids on the roster to just grow into it that quickly.

Not one mention of a shot at winning tonight. They've already mailed it in. Onto next year! LOL

Don’t worry OD, I’ll be here to dump on your non-existent thanksgiving vacationing ass. It’ll just have to wait until later tonight.

Do you think that somehow makes you look less derp? Just curious.

Of course there's a chance of winning. There is a chance of winning every game. Oregon doesn't look so solid on both sides that they aren't capable of laying an egg and losing a game they are favored in. If this game was at home I'm sure there would be a lot more optimism. I don't happen to think Oregon is anywhere near a top 10 caliber team. I also don't see UW as a top 25 caliber team with their glaring issues on defense and inability to play up to their level of home games on the road. Deboer has a lot to fix and needs to prove he can build a P5 team. Won't get credit for it until we see it happen. That's called being realistic. A concept you know nothing about.
