GAME #7 LSU @ Arkansas 12pm ET ESPN

Arkansas is a mediocre team and LSU isn't much better.
It's just another conference road game.

Let’s not pretend Liberty is some juggernaut either. Yea they only have 1 loss but look at their body of work

Needed 4 OT to beat Southern Miss

Only beat a 1-9 Akron team 21-12

Only beat 4-5 UAB by 7

survived a 4-5 FCS team, Gardner-Webb by 1.

Also Ohio State is playing teams like Texas USC and Oklahoma in these OOC road games (when said teams were good) not 5-5 G5 type teams. Big difference

You played USC in Pete Carroll era (which was over 10 years ago) and got sweep.

You got hammered by an 8-4 Oregon team @ home last year. As stated, don't throw stones when you live in glass house.

Arkansas is a major rival of LSU and it is on the road. Arkansas was also a preseason top 15 team. They maybe a let down this year but they are not trash like you are making it out to be. Still a tough matchup, especially after OT game against Alabama, for LSU to rebound against. Had it been at home for LSU, I might agree with you.

I won't lie, the B1G is usually a good league but it has been terrible this year. Wisconsin is starting to turn things around and your win at Penn State was very good. Issue with a lot of the B1G is horrible QB play from what I have seen.

Calling Arkansas a mediocre team is a fact it’s not throwing stones.

It depends on how you define "good". LSU is a good but not a great team. The only true great team in the SEC this year is Georgia.

Bullshit. Play conservative my ass. Get a score and get a score after the half.

I can agree with Arkansas being a mediocre team but it is still a tough matchup for LSU based on the circumstances of it being a rival game, on the road after a big matchup last weekend.

LSU at this point is a good team that could probably win any game they play if things go their way but they also are not great enough for games against Arkansas and Texas A&M to be sure Ws

I can totally agree with this statement.

LSU and Tennessee are alike in one regard that they have overachieved this year and frankly both programs are trying to rebuild and are ahead of schedule. (Well in case of Tennessee, I am not sure if you can even call it a rebuild because we haven't even been competitive since 2016 or perhaps even 2006/2007 depending on how you look at things).

I think Tennessee is quite a bit better than LSU. Hell they are they showed it on the field.

I know we are up 28-14 and about to get the ball back but we haven't looked as good today.

I think the LSU score was misleading. It was closer than the 40-13 score. With the exception of Kentucky, I don't think we have had a perfect game on both sides of the ball. Against Alabama, Florida, and LSU, our offense played nearly perfect but our defense was meh. Our defense played good against Kentucky, Pitt, and at times Georgia.

A classic example with Tennessee is on this drive, Hyatt dropped two easy catches that would have been first down. Now we are having to go for it on 4th down. We then got stopped on 4th down. 7 points off the board. We can't do this crap and expect to beat good teams.

Tennessee is a good team but they would have to play flawless to advance in playoffs. I think we have had only one game all year that was mostly flawless and that was against Kentucky.

LSU was probably our second best effort.

I do think Georgia and Ohio State are probably a tier above everyone else and Georgia maybe in their own tier above Ohio State.

How does he not catch that?

Man, reminds me of Tennessee game.

That was pathetic by Arkansas' QB.

LSU's rushing game is terrible. No push.

Why the fuck are you going for it with this scrub qb. 2nd dumb decision on 4th. Cost them 3 points earlier and going to lead to lsu pts this time

Yep. Terrible decision especially with both offenses struggling.
