Of course they aren't 'out' out. They could get back in with enough chaos. But right now with 1 no conf loss team and 3 1 loss teams with Utah losing to two of them, odds aren't high for them.

It's going to be tough for Utah, especially considering they've lost head to head vs. Oregon and Oregon State. They will need to win in Seattle and hope for chaos.
