LSU mistakes. It should have been 14 actually. LSU fumbled in opening kickoff which lead to 7 and then went 3 and out and gave up 58 yard punt.

However, Tennessee's defense is starting to look like the normal defense giving up a 3 and 19 on this drive that would have forced a second three and out. Our 3rd/4th down defense has issues.

I was going to say, they should have kicked FG to make up for Tennessee kicking FG. If it was 14-0, I would have thought it would have been a good call.

I know Tennessee's defense is bad but that is real risky. Florida got away with it a lot but a lot of their plays could have gone the other way a couple of weeks ago as well.

Tennessee lookin like Tennessee so far, special teams on fire, defense could use some attitude but otherwise great start

Brian Kelly was such a bad hire. Dude is very unlikeable too. LSU is probably stuck with him for at least 3 years just to save face for firing the coach who produced the greatest LSU team of all time in 2019.

It was sad seeing them fire Ed Odgeron as he breathed purple and gold. Still, the scandals and collapse after 2019 probably justified it. LSU clearly lost a step after 2019 title.
