In his defense he was trying to stop a qb from getting a first down on 4th down Who would’ve thought he would slide before getting the first down

Just use hands on him (QB), shove him down and he's prob fine but he leaned in with the head/shoulders. He might get booted now on top of it and that nonsense needs to go from the game, 15 yards is plenty.
 
There was another coach who stood on principle against a new rule he didn't like, Bobby Dodd at Georgia Tech. We all know how that went.
