Only the Yankees, Red Sox and Giants have won more World Series titles since 1990 than the Braves(Marlins, Cardinals, Astros and Blue Jays have the same amount)

I don't know what it is about baseball players more than any other athletes that makes them so polarizing. I'm completely indifferent to Hank Aaron but over the years developed intense dislikes to players that most see as pretty innocuous. My best example of that I think is Cal Ripken, Jr. Not a personal dislike as such, but just mind-blowing confusion at the hullabaloo that was made over his streak. I don't get it! Easily the most overrated athlete of our lifetime.

You are missing the point. The Braves had perhaps the greatest rotation in modern history with Glavine, Smoltz, and Maddux.

The Indians had retreads like Hersheiser, Nagy, Ogea, Brian Anderson, and Bartolo Colon

Nah, I’m not missing the point. A fan of a team that hasn’t won anything since the Truman administration is criticizing a team that won a WS in the 95 and again in 2021

Jim Thome, Manny Ramirez, Albert Belle, Roberto Alomar, Omar Vizquel, Kenny Lofton all in the lineup and couldn’t manage a single WS title
