Made dinner reservations at Del Friscos here in Vegas. The wife and I dont buy gifts for each other, and go spend about 300 to 400 on a dinner instead. I cant fucking wait!

Sour cream ( or sour cream mixed with Cholula hot sauce)
fresh chopped jalapenos
green and white onions
enchilada shredded chicken.
Cilantro
olives
extra cheese sauce( I usually keep the cheese in a small crock pot so everyone can make their own. I also will fill a bowl with all my toppings, and keep the chips on the plate, and then every nacho is fresh and crunchy to the end.)
Ground beef

me too. We had the unlv graduation a couple of weeks ago and opted for Lawrys after the ceremony rather than this place. It was good but everyone really likes this place better. Should be a good night!

i agree. I do like the room for a more formal type event and I love the location. Easy in/out and avoid all the bullshit of the strip

I usually take one of them store bought rotisserie ones, shred it up, and just smother it in enchilada sauce. Cant be beat!
