The Big 10 has the NCAA rules and direct evidence of "in-person" scouting and electronic recording of over 30 of Michigan's in-season "future opponents" dating back three seasons.

They don't have to wait for the NCAA's notice of allegations, nor do they have to wait for the NCAA to finish it's investigation.

Nothing in that quote indicates that anyone other than UM is impressed with themselves. Does this mean they have been bringing knives to a gunfight in the past? That seems kind of dumb for a school like UM, don't you think?

Also, from the 10 pages they wrote, I am not at all impressed. Several of their defenses are getting totally abused online as being absurd and not understanding of college football.

He appears to think that. It's so funny. I worked for a small boutique furn early in my career. Everyone in it was extremely bright. We kicked these "big firms" all the time. At the end of the day, cases are won and lost on the facts of the case. While a terrible lawyer can lose a case, rarely is there a situation where a law firm is so much better than the opponent that they win the case because of that.

Michigan fans in general do not, they legit think because they hired lawyers it means they are assured victory. Like the B1G doesn't have their own lawyers and shit.

Marcia Clarke and her team were terrible. The prosecution totally blew that case. I mean the literally asked a question they didn't know the answer to, something you learn before you get to law school.

I should also point out that criminal actions are different from civil actions.

You keep getting proved wrong at every turn. You should just stop while you’re only slightly behind. You seem to be walking evidence that there are good and bad lawyers.

I was being funny. I know little about law. But if what you are saying is true -- and who you hire as a lawyer means little to nothing. All the lawyers getting paid pennies to the dollar what the big law firm lawyers are getting paid are fools, as they are essentially the same person.

Personally I'd think the big law firm lawyers would have a massive advantage because of the man power available to them and the resources they have available to them. My degrees are in finances and accounting, so that is just a guess on my part.

lol. The only kind of lawyer who would say that big law firms mean nothing, is a bad one. And plenty of others have celebrated this letter as excellent. So either you’re being dishonest because youve been wrong at every turn or….
