Absolute nonsense. The big ten was ready to try and suspend Harbaugh indefinitely two days ago. Michigan fighting back by getting one of the top firms in the country to represent them absolutely plays into this. It represents so many things, but most importantly the willingness to take this very far and cost a lot.

Again with that word afraid. the worst thing in the world is for this to go to court and allow Michigan to publicly and openly defend their side.
