Whether a Mason or not, you have to read this if a history buff. As a primary guiding force for GW, you don't understand his journey unless getting a feel for his Freemasonic experience. Back then, the Lodge is where everything happened....your social and business circles and every other fairly serious thing in life. It's a pretty freakin' cool historical book.

Now that you're looking, lemme' give you my fav read this year so far. I've really been trying to keep my kids in the real world as much as possible...out in nature and away from digital escapism. It's a pet peeve for me....we're losing our humanism and individualism as programming to be all-the-same drones marching to the drumbeat of narratives from our masters.

This read drives deeply into all of this. Yes, the author is also a Freemason. Still, it's all about the journey we should all be on...to be better.
