I haven't had a fight with anyone other than him in at least 15 years and the last few with him have all been 1-sided, which pisses him off. Because other than my other brother and parents, I have chosen a very solid circle of people for my life. Being irritated with someone doesn't necessitate yelling and screaming. Either ignore it and move on or talk to the person about it.

Haha my brother does that every now and then. He will text me asking for restaurant recommendations within a 30 min radius, oh "and something not too pricey"

If my parents weren't around anymore, I'd cut that dipshit out. But it means a lot to my mom that we get along. But they've admitted to me that they understand that I may have to cut him out of my life if he continues this nonsense.

I think with people like that they get more pissed when they can't draw you in to their crap than whatever issue started it in the first place

My brother has been married for a while so he is pretty settled in his ways. He freaks out if they wander too far from home

Until my brother's gal came into his life, he had settled into a good space and we got along really well. Talked almost every day. But they are 2 disasters that feed off each other. The last 5 years has been a nightmare. Mostly for my parents.
