In general, the event is fun to watch, but every year we see people overreact to the results saying “The ACC is better” or “The Big10 is better”. There’s just too many questions. Do the early season games hurt the ACC teams this year since a few of their “top” teams are younger? Do we really learn anything from crappy Pitt squeaking out a win over crappy Northwestern? Do we learn anything from FSU going to overtime to beat Indy? Or Minny going to OT to beat BC?yup, 6-5
nowhere close to the ass pounding that was being advertised after Tuesday
And what makes a better conference? A stronger top 3-4 teams? Or a stronger/deeper bottom to middle of the league with a still solid top 3-4?
Yet every year we see everyone wanting to jump to conclusions.
