A position coach at best.

The downfall of Oregon began under his watch in 2015.
It completely collapsed in 2016 when Frost was at UCF.

I don't think Kelly would have him OC and calling plays.
Helfrich was Kelly's OC, and Frost was rcvrs coach.

Miami is reportedly giving Cristobal until noon on Monday to give them an answer. Miami is such a shit show I wouldn‘t be surprised if Mario isn’t just trying to get Oregon to match.
